One Click Disbursement

Mar 8, 2024

On 7th March 2024, Smti. Hekani Jakhalu, Hon’ble Advisor for Industries & Commerce, launched a transformative initiative in Nagaland—the One-Click Disbursement System for seed capital distribution to Self Help Groups (SHGs). This digital system enables direct fund transfer with just one click, eliminating bureaucratic delays and manual errors.

This initiative is a big step toward promoting transparency, efficiency, and inclusivity in governance. It empowers rural entrepreneurs, especially women, artisans, and farmers to access government-backed financial support swiftly and securely. By streamlining access to capital, the platform makes it easier for grassroots businesses to invest in tools, raw materials, and growth strategies. The ease of digital disbursal also builds trust in public systems and encourages more people to take part in SHG programs. This system represents a broader shift toward tech-enabled governance that prioritizes citizen welfare. It also reflects the state’s intent to nurture entrepreneurship and unlock economic potential in the rural and grassroot levels in the growing state.

As the platform rolls out across Nagaland, it’s expected to spark greater participation in self-help initiatives and support the rise of community-driven enterprises by driving inclusive development across the state.
