About

What is NHL?

NHL is a government-owned company established and managed by the Government of Nagaland to provide hospitality services.

Established in 1982 under the Nagaland Industrial Development Corporation (NIDC).

Hotels Operated:

  • Hotel Saramati, Dimapur
    (Established 9th March 1987)
  • Hotel Japfu, Kohima
    (Established 14th November 1988)

What does NHL do?

    To lead and catalyse the development of hospitality infrastructure in Nagaland.
  • Vision:
    To achieve excellence in hospitality through professionalism, efficiency, value for money, and customer-focused service.

The Management of Nagaland Hotels Limited is vested with a Board of Directors notified by the holding Company, NIDC from time to time. The State Govt. appoints the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

3. Dining & Catering Services
Operating in-house restaurants serving a range of local, Indian, and international cuisine, along with catering services for events and private functions.
4. Corporate & Government Discounts
Extending special discounts of 25% to State Government employees and 10% to corporate clients, making accommodation and hospitality services more accessible.
5. Travel Assistance & Concierge Services
Assisting guests with travel arrangements, transport bookings, and local sightseeing recommendations to enhance their experience.
6. Room Service & Housekeeping
Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort with efficient housekeeping and room service operations.
7. Business Support Services
Providing essential business amenities such as Wi-Fi connectivity, printing, fax, and meeting facilities for corporate travellers.
8. Guest Relations & Customer Care
Offering personalised services to ensure guest satisfaction and address any requirements during their stay.
Activities
  • To provide transport, shopping and convention services.
  • To provide entertainment by way of cultural shows, dance, music, etc.
  • To provide shopping facilities to tourist, establish and manage shops, etc.
  • To collaborate with state Government, Public Sector Undertakings, Private Entrepreneurs or any authority or agency having objects all together or in part similar to those of the Company for the purpose of development of hospitality, hospitality related infrastructure, facilities and services etc.
  • To construct, takeover and manage new and existing hotels, Traveler’s Lodge, Restaurants, etc.
